Dispatch Times
Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Items cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Refunds and Replacements
If you have any problems with your item please do not hesitate to contact me cotswoldpewter@outlook.com. I will happily exchange or refund items which are faulty. Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Items sent to the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class. Most items will arrive within 2-4 working days (including Saturdays) but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. During busy times such as Christmas please order early to avoid disappointment. During these busy periods there can be a delay on delivery times.
